They are full day workshops that can also be split into two half days.
Rapid Prototyping with AI
Part I: Generative Text LLMs
In this project-based workshop, participants will learn how to leverage the power of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve a specific problem relevant to their business. The workshop will focus on text generation and its applications in various business contexts.
They will learn how to use platforms like ChatGPT for rapid ideation and Claude for refining and tailoring language to effectively communicate ideas within their company and with clients and customers.
During the workshop, participants will learn to integrate their unique perspectives, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence with AI and LLM insights, gaining practical experience in using these technologies for accelerated ideation and prototyping.
They will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement these technologies into their own projects and take the next steps in testing, refining, and launching their products.
Part II: Generative Text + Images
Building upon the foundations laid in Workshop 1, this project-based workshop will teach participants how to combine text generation with image generation and other AI strategies to create more comprehensive and impactful solutions for their business.
Participants will work on a real-world project specific to their company that requires both text and visual elements, such as creating a product launch campaign, designing a user interface, or developing a visual storytelling strategy. They will learn how to integrate platforms like ChatGPT for text generation, DALL-E for visual prototyping and image inspiration, and Claude for refining and optimizing the overall communication strategy.
By the workshop's conclusion, participants will grasp how to strategically combine AI-generated text and images in future projects, recognizing the crucial role of human experience and context in guiding these powerful tools.
Part I: Generative Text + Research + AI
Speculative Design with AI
This workshop introduces the imaginative power of speculative design and the capabilities of Generative AI to help your company envision and plan for the future. You’ll learn the fundamentals of speculative design which encourages thinking critically and creatively about the future, specifically the future of your company. You'll work on real-world projects specific to your business to demonstrate how Generative AI and advanced language models analyze vast amounts of data, generate insights, and explore potential future scenarios.
By combining human imagination with AI's ability to process information and see patterns, you can envision innovative products and more sustainable ways of operating. AI can help by suggesting novel concepts, identifying key trends and factors that may shape the future, and providing a wide range of relevant information to consider and analyze.
Part II: Generative Text + Images
Building on the concepts and techniques from Part I, this workshop focuses on learning how Generative AI imagery can be used for inspiration in the speculative design process. In addition to leveraging language models for generating ideas and insights, you will explore the possibilities of AI image generation, which can create realistic or stylized images based on textual descriptions, enabling you to quickly visualize and refine your concepts.
Throughout the workshop, you will work on developing visual representations of your future scenarios, products, and strategies, combining the power of language and imagery to create immersive and persuasive presentations that effectively communicate your ideas. You will come away with a portfolio of AI-generated visuals and the skills to integrate visual ideation into ways you future-proof your company.
Kill the Competition
This dynamic workshop combines guided exercises with Generative AI tools to help you gain a deeper understanding of your competitors, ultimately strengthening your company's resilience and competitive advantage. Through a series of immersive activities, participants will step into the shoes of their competitors, gaining a fresh perspective on the challenges and opportunities within your industry.
