Our workshops are not the kind that end with walls covered in sticky notes and the employees are left to make sense of  what to do next.  They are strategically designed with team members before they even begin, to focus on explicit issues and goals within an organization. We have no one size fits all method.

Workshops

  • A half-day workshop designed to spur you to think differently about your company’s place in the competitive landscape through the lens of your direct and indirect competitors.

    Overview:
This is an exercise about storytelling and strategy. How are you telling the story, and how are others in the company telling the story? This often leads to an investigation into how aligned the company is on its story and mission. It opens up the discussion on how to think about WHO the competition is and how you stack up to better strategize and execute on innovation more effectively.

  • A workshop designed to rapidly iterate and build on ideas and projects related to new verticals, products and/or practices within the company.

    Overview:

This workshop helps build the muscles of ideation and prototyping by putting people into different and distinct roles. This activity forces individuals and teams to get out of their comfort zone and think about new verticals, products, and practices within the company from different perspectives before coming together to formally execute an ideation process.

  • A half-day workshop using worldbuilding and user-centered design strategies to think through alternative scenarios for current and future projects and company trajectories.

    Overview:

This workshop provides insight into the different categories of speculative design and how they can be leveraged to be most impactful to your business. Participants learn the details on proper techniques and models that lead to more efficiently developing concepts, products, and business models that are forward thinking.

You’re left with steps and exercises to continue the process of iterating and innovating long after the we’ve left the building.
