    Overview:

    In this workshop held with a large team or among several departments, participants explore how the Socratic Method—focused on thoughtful, open-ended questioning—can enrich conversations with both people and AI. Starting with person-to-person dialogues, they practice methods that foster deeper understanding and curiosity. These skills are then applied in conversations with AI, highlighting how intentional questioning can draw out richer responses and insights from technology as well as from human exchanges. By learning how to ask better questions, participants gain tools to improve communication, discovering the value of meaningful dialogue in both human and AI interactions.
