Stefani Bardin has over 10 years of teaching experience at NYU and Parsons where she has developed curriculum consisting of 20+ successful courses related to food and future food systems, biotechnologies, speculative design, sustainability and agriculture.
She’s migrated these methodologies into the business world working with brands to future-proof their companies and connect hard innovation practices (manufacturing, product development) and soft innovation practices (company culture) to expedite and grow strategic objectives.
She is Certified in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, Advanced Data & Analysis, Generative AI for Business + Machine Learning.
As an artist she works on issues related to food and climate change. Her work has been featured in and exhibited at Wired Magazine, Scientific American, Art21, Forbes, The Bauhaus, The Museum of Contemporary Art in Montreal, The Museum of the City of New York.
