Stefani Bardin helps people and organizations get unstuck.
She’s the bridge between complex systems and real human capability—turning emerging tech, tangled processes, and “where do we even start?” into clear next steps.
Stefani has over 10 years of teaching experience at NYU and Parsons, where she’s designed and taught 20+ courses on future food systems, biotechnology, speculative design, sustainability, and agriculture.
Today, she works with organizations to future-proof their teams—connecting hard innovation (manufacturing, product development, AI, data) with soft innovation (culture, communication, leadership) so people don’t just understand new systems, they can actually work with them. She specializes in translating AI and advanced analytics into plain language and practical capability, with certifications in Generative AI, Advanced Data & Analysis, Generative AI for Business, and Machine Learning.
She’s a strategic partner with TICKR AI, whose product RiskWise is the most advanced AI-driven solution for identifying and mitigating emerging risks.
As an artist, Stefani’s work explores food, climate, and the systems that quietly shape our lives.
